Phoenix claw and mushrooms

The noodles here are really springy, and goes very nicely with the very wet yet thick salty and aromatic soy sauce. The mushrooms are juicy and fat, and the phoenix claw (chicken's feet) are equally juicy though not quite as fat. Wantans are also quite fat and meaty. continue reading
