Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie 也是 Levain 在 Pandan Indah 的一件分行。这里的东西，一样的食物都比 Levain 便宜，也比较容易找停车位。但是座位是没有像 Levain 那么多。Chocolate Crunch RM3.30相信有看过 “龙猫” 这部动漫的朋友们，应该觉得这个很眼熟对吗？？它就是戏里的 “煤炭屎鬼”。超可爱的！！！而且，这里的Chocolate Crunch跟Levain的不一样哦！这里里面也有包巧克力酱的~ 不像Levain的，里面是空的…对于喜欢巧克力的人肯定对这个面包 “爱不释口” 的！Ham & Cheese Quiche RM6.80这个火腿芝士乳蛋饼上面铺了一层薄薄的蘑菇片，里面有很多火腿。有点像披萨！但是披萨饼皮是面包做的，这个口感像是在吃咸的蛋挞。别看它不是很大份，但是如果一个人吃，真的会很饱的。这个也可以要求店员帮你重新烘热！Napolitan Style Spaghetti RM13.80虽然材料有我最讨厌的青椒、黄椒、红椒；但是也不影响口感，反正是切成小颗粒的。里面还有很多蘑菇；跟香肠~ 但是这个意大利面，老实说，口感普通…不至于到推荐的程度。（菜单上放推荐）Chicken Karaage Curry Rice RM11.80这是日式咖喱的料理；咖喱微甜，一点也不辣，配料还有有很多洋葱跟红萝卜；另外有4块炸鸡肉跟一点腌萝卜。咖喱汁也给很多~~ 个人建议，你可以把咖喱跟饭搅拌均匀在一起吃，也很好吃哦！这样一来，也不会迟到最后没有咖喱配~Tiramisu RM7.50最后，这是今天的甜品，提拉米苏！不单是外表好看，也很好吃。里面有一层层沾有咖啡水的蛋糕，cream cheese也很绵密。关于环境，你们可以参考这里哦！http://cherrytingting.blogspot.com/2013/11/fougasse-boulangerie-patisserie.html#.Us_DsvQW3-U

It's a wam and lovely Boulangerie, French style bakery cafe where you can spend hours sipping on a cup of coffee. Fougasse only offers breads.pastries,cakes and pasta. Fougasse is exceptionally different to other bakeries, Fougasse baked all day with naturally yeast, and a traditional stone oven that baked a tasty bread. It was Sunday morning, 29.9.2013, the delicious smell of fresh bread, waffling in the air,most of the table was occupied with people. the tempting variety of buns and pastries was put into a daze. Fougasse strives to create a relaxation music played,elegant atmosphere especially to some officer and students for stress-beaker. It's has a good service at the cashier counter with a wide smile given to each customer. Nice and lovely French cafe!

It was very excited when step in to this bakery, the renovation of it look good, it is at the corner of the shop lot. Very crowded inside the bakery, people are having their dinner here. There are quite numbers of breads and cake available here, the cheese cake is newly launched. The cheese cake have a very smooth texture, it is serve cold, not so sweet but not much surprise too. The breads corner is very disappointed when I saw number of flys is passing by those breads. I think this should not happen, it is not hygiene at all. They should cover all the breads and shouldn't let this thing happen in the future.

在Pandan Indah有一間cafe叫做Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie, 主要是西方的料理與麵包蛋糕店. 整棟建築裝飾得很漂亮, 環境也很雅致. 舒服, 我想他們的概念應該是享用午餐或晚餐後繼續享用甜點. 我點了Napolitan Style Spaghetti, 這道菜是用義大利麵炒香菇.青椒. 甜椒等在鋪上一個煎蛋, 吃起來很普通, 沒特別的口感, 個人不推薦這道菜.

嘴痒痒 所以跑去吃蛋糕这间新开的Fougasse Boulangerie & Patisserie名字很法国味 一开门就闻到很香的蛋糕味面包味那边还有提供set lunch吃意大利面那些不过当时吃饱了 所以只order了蛋糕是朋友介绍才知道有这间蛋糕店住这里附近的一定要去试试!!!! 真的很有水准我们order了tiramisu和ufo cake我也不知道为什么叫ufo cake 哈哈哈哈 也不打算去探究tiramisu甜而不腻 还有招牌ufo cake一定要试试 是cheese cake来的可是不腻的cheese口感很棉很棉 吃了一定会爱上他~可是ufo cake好像没有买一块的 我们买了一粒才RM20 吃不完带回家给你的家人试试**白开水是免费的
