Signature Dishes
Laksa. The curry laksa consisted of brinjals, hard boiled egg, beancurd, beansprouts together with mee. The laksa was an expensive one and I think is the most expensive laksa that I have ever eaten. The portion was big and the laksa broth was thick. It was not too spicy and has the right amount of saltiness. The ingredients were nice eaten together with the noodle.

lunch settled on dome's hot kitchen special- fisherman's catch.this grilled fish fillet was seasoned with cajun, cumin, and lemon juice, drizzled over with joinville sauce. Alongside was crunchy sauteed vegetable, tender boiled shrimp and aromatic butter rice.this rich, creamy of joinville sauce was dainty and perfectly served with the fish fillet.u may squeeze over some lemon juice to reduce the greasiness from the sauce.
