This came with chicken thigh meat coated with flour then deep fried, slathered with curry leave lemon sauce. The chicken meat is really tender, while the flour coating is just right resulting in a thin layer of crispy texture outside. The special thing about the lemon sauce here is the addition of curry leaves. It gave a nice spice aroma to it, which complements well with the lemon sauce, not too sour as well. Overall it is a very appetizing dish.

It came with Japanese egg tofu, generous minced pork meat, an egg as well as chopped onions. The tofu is wonderfully smooth, with the fragrant egg taste inside. I love to drench the gravy filled with flavourful minced pork with my rice, as they went very well together- the ultimate comfort food. I usually love my egg runny, so I quickly scooped so...
