This year chinese new year me and my sisters decided to try new food for family reunion dinner. So, we asked our parents not to cook and we ordered this 盘菜 from Imperial Palace Restaurant. This cost us about 400+ if i'm not mistaken, inside this you can find prawn, chicken, mushroom, vege, abalone and etc.To be honest the taste was weird, because we keep this in the fridge for too long and when we try to heat it, it make it watery. So, for those who want to try this, make sure you eat it fresh, do not keep it for long hours. continue reading

Hmmm.. Very plain Prawn cheong fun. The prawn is on the medium side, not marinated and well the cheong fun is really of no taste. Very rough in texture, not like some which I expect it to be soft and could just slurppp into the throat. With the price we pay for, we really aiming high for its quality. Nevertheless, not up to even a medium expectation. Hope the management could look again at the food quality. continue reading

I actually had my Wedding Dinner night at Imperial Palace Restaurant Casa Square, Puchong Jaya. It was a delightful night and all the guests loved and praised the food served. Unlike some other wedding dinner meals which can be boring and bland, Imperial Palace has the menu down pat. From the Steamed Fish with Garlic and Ginger to the Lemon Fried Chicken to the Sweet and Sour Prawns right down to the Red Bean Pastry desserts, everything's fabulous! I went there again for Dim Sum and it was equally good. Thumbs up! continue reading

I moved to Puchong over 2 years, but this is my first time to visit Imperial Palace Restaurant. The environment is nice and clean, staffs all with a warm smile on their face,Very Good!!Me and My hubby ordered 6 dim sums plus 1 Hakka dumpling. The dumpling is big and quite delicious,my hubby loves it very muchAbout the dim sum, most of them r quite good, especially the Steam beancurd sheet rolls(鮮竹卷),the taste is just right ,not like some of the dim sum shop very salty. The Imperial dim sum duo contain two shrimp dumpling & two siu mai, the size is really big ,the taste not bad but not the best..The only thing I 'm not satisfy is steam veg flour roll ,actually the taste is nice and I love the flour roll full of veggie, but it is too OILY!!! just one bite,ur mouth would be full of oil...feel like very un-healthy...hoping they will improve it cos I love this dish very muchtotal bill is 77.9 including tax n service charge,I think it is worth to try again continue reading
