At I Love Yoo! they offered 2 types of porridge- Dry Oyster with Peanuts, and this one - Dry Scallops Porridge.. both of whom I love equally. The Dry Scallop porridge is at it's name implies cooked with dried scallops. I love it's consistency ..smooth and not too thick nor too watery. With a sprinkling of scallions and chopped green onions (self-service and provided at the counter) with dashes of pepper and soy sauce.. it makes for a delicious bowl of piping hot porridge continue reading
