My friend recommended I Am 80s for dinner. I was told that their foods are delicious. She visited this cafe recently with her puppy. I am 80S cafe is located at Taman Rasa Sayang, Petaling Jaya. They serve western and local cuisine. It was full house when we arrived so we have to find our own place to sit. Once seated, the staff told us to order our food at the cashier counter upstairs. So my sister and friend went up to order the foods, but there was a bad news waiting for us upstairs that we unaware of. Yeah!! Their signature dish was sold out for the day. Therefore, we have to go through the menu again to see what we can have for dinner. We ordered Dancing In pan, Chicken Chop, No idea and Smoke Duck Ciabatta. You have to order and pay at the counter, collect the number and place it on the table. Black Pepper Chicken Chop was mouth watering. The chicken was tender, juicy and the meat falls apart from the bone easily. Moreover, the gravy has rich Black pepper taste. Perfect!! Chicken Chop @ RM 23 Smoke Duch Cibatta was delicious with juicy smoke duck and egg mayo. It was served together with French fries and Salad. The portion was big for 1 person so I guess small eater can share this dish. Smoke Duck Cibatta @ RM 20No idea looks something similar to the Risotto. It was a simple and comforting dish. No Idea @ RM 20Dessert was perfect. Instead of normal sizzling Brownie it has a new twist in it. Yeah!! It was served with Bread & Pudding instead of Brownie. Bread & Pudding topped with Vanilla Ice-cream and dizzied with chocolate and vanilla sauce on the hot plate. Yummy!! It is hard to resist the temptation of second helpings. Dancing In Pan @ RM 20It was a good dinner for us. Foods tasted similar to the lovely Home cooked foods and presented in a unique way. We have to wait 40 minutes for our food to be served as it was too crowded and the staff came to our table to apologize about it. They have an upstairs and downstairs seating area for the customer. Downstairs is mostly for people who brought their puppies together to dine-in. Make sure to check their Facebook Page if you are planning to bring your puppies to their café as puppies are not allowed everyday inside the café.Service Charge: 10% GST: NILI Am 80S No 35, Jalan SS4C/5 Taman Rasa Sayang 47301 Petaling Jaya continue reading

Me myself is from the 80's folk , folk from 80's have a huge bunch of childhood memories that been playback on the internet sometimes , what we play and do is totally different from kids nowdays .http://eddyrushfatboy.blogspot.com/2015/07/i-am-80s-cafe-petaling-jaya.htmlKids today have it easy with their play dates and after school programs. They don’t have a clue the struggle of being a latchkey kid. Or the fun that came with not having an adult breathing down your neck 24/7. Sure we got a lot of sunburns and broken bones, but it was a rite of passage ! Being an 80’s kid was pretty rad .In Petaling Jaya SS4 located A shop Called " I Am 80s " Cafe , It own a creative signboard that looks different than others . " I Am 80s " start their business this year on 28th February .The founder/owner of " I Am 80s " was from from 80's too .The shop was simple , a simple shop lot cafe, in the middle of a housing area , The decoration at the ground floor look not much like 80's , but more of a fun on animal printed pillows and used cable roll as table .Secret stair to the 80's , the 1st ever cafe that I visit have a underground section , while walking down they put some 80's stuff along the stair , the television was an old school .Basement theme was different from upstair , The best vinly collection stick on the wall , hand wall paint that bought from bangkok , thailand , Well painted .Smoked Duck Pestocharcoal Grill Chicken Chop 80's own Signature platter sharing 4-5 PersonCaesar Smoked SalmonCappuccino LatteHazelnut Chocolate80's Brunch Platter Sharing for 2 Person Frozen Fruits Smoothies shakeSarsi and 80's Signature coffeeKom Pia , Kom Pia is from Fuk Chow Tradisional Biscuit , seems the owner is Fuk Chow clan from sitiawan .Ais Cream Soda and Sarsi , I was surprise when I came across this Melaka made soda pop from Long Chan . It does not have that much gas (carbonation) in it and was rather sweet However, this drink cannot be found at restaurants, nor can it be found at hypermarket but you can get it at "I Am 80s" cafe . Dancing in the pan , the star of the day the sizzling Vanilla ice cream combine with Bread & butter pudding dessert .Alongside the relaxing ambience, that is suitable for all ages and occasions , Definitely your ideal place for indulgence, enjoyment, relaxation and comfort.
