Signature Dishes
I've always loved the curry at Ginza which is their signature dish. There are several variations to try either with rice, noodles or just on its own. The Dry Curry Mee was especially good. The noodles are wantan mee which are thin and goes very well with curry. Their signature curry has indian spices and taste just right without being too spicy and is creamy and smooth. There is chicken and potatoes cooked in the curry and these were tender and meat is juicy and flesh easy to chew. Add all these to the mee and they have a winning combination.
