It is a pretty simple dish where the pak choy is steamed and serves with chef's oyster sauce and sprinkle of fried garlic. The sauce to my surprise wasn't as salty as the Chinese version and is enough to bring the flavour where kids would also enjoy it. The portion is also quite small as this is suppose for serving of four.
