Hokkaido Sushi currently is the only outlet at One Utama. Located just next to Hokkaido Ichiba. They are under the same group/ management of Sushi Zanmai. Basically the food or menu at Hokkaido Sushi is 98% similar with the one in Sushi Zanmai. I think they came out with this Hokkaido Sushi to cater the crowd of Zanmai which is always in long queue.Sashimi Salmon @ RM10.80 (5 pieces)The sashimi is quite thick and big pieces. The sashimi is quite thick and big pieces. The color looks nice with light orange with white strips. It's so fresh and biting it is so refreshing. Eating them with wasabi is extreme fantastic. Simply delicious as long is fresh.
