The first ever dish in Malaysia and available only at Anggrek Kuring is Ayam Presto. Also known as soft bone chicken, the bones of the chicken can be eaten just like that! It is prepared in several stages of marination and other ‘secret’ steps for as long as six to seven hours.

Upon ordering, the chef will fry the chicken and it’s served with bread crumbs-like crunchy bits that goes well with rice. You can feel free to have the chicken just like that without realizing you’re chewing the bones! It is so soft that chewing them is effortless. There are no heavy seasonings on the chicken and it's already flavourful on its own.
