Fermented Beancurd LecttuceA quick stir fried of fresh and sweet lettuce and is then mix with fermented beancurd for that extra taste, and there are big piece of garlic (usually is chopped garlic) and some red chilli. The lettuce still have the crunchy texture and the 'sauce' is somehow too salty to me. Overall is a light and refreshing dish to go along with other non-vegetable dish. However I find the standard of Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant dropped over these years.
