Bubba's Baked Seafood RiceThis dish actually have the appearance and feel of a risotto and there are way too many ingredient in it like Shrimp, Calamari, Fish, Spinach and Rice with a Parmesan Cream Sauce, topped with Jack and Cheddar Cheese. Unlike the Asian baked rice, there is no burnt sign and doesn't have the crunchy texture I love, but it is still awesome with a slightly 'wet' rice under it. The seafood included is very fresh indeed and with so many seafood in one, this dish actually cost

Unlike the Asian baked rice, there is no burnt sign and doesn't have the crunchy texture I love, but it is still awesome with a slightly 'wet' rice under it. The seafood included is very fresh indeed and with so many seafood in one, this dish actually cost only RM29.90 which I think is a deal to catch.
