The taste of the chicken skin is so crispy and tasty that you will not ever think of it is actually coming from the chicken skin. It feel like eating crackers. According to the owner, it is not easy to prepare this dish. As the skin need to properly clean to take out the chicken fat and fully dried before it was marinated. Of course, the size of chicken skin was huge, and if it can be reduced a bit, then this dish will be a perfect dish for male or even female. This dish is not oil at all. Do try it out.
