Their Gui Ling Gou is really different from Koong Woh Tong. It's more tender and springy with the fragrance of herbal.Koong Woh Tong's Gui Ling Gou tastes really bitter so usually it's served with syrup in a teapot, we used to pour in the syrup to eat with the Gui Ling Gou so that it won't taste bitter but of course we try not to put too much as the syrup is really sweet. Surprisingly Hoi Tin Tong's Gui Ling Gou didn't taste as bitter as Koong woh Tong, just slightly bitter yet tender and springy

Surprisingly Hoi Tin Tong's Gui Ling Gou didn't taste as bitter as Koong woh Tong, just slightly bitter yet tender and springy. This is the reason why it's only served with 2 packet of sugar and really much enough for you to finished the Gui Ling Gou. Their sugar is thick and taste a bit like honey, won't taste too sweet when you eat with Gui Ling Gou.

What is the real 'Gui Ling Gou" (black herbal jelly) From Chinese tradition, Gui Ling Gou must be prepared by fresh tortoise shell with gel and fresh 'Tu Fu Ling', mix with 20 over chinese herbs ingredients & cook it for 30 hours. Such 'Gui Ling Gou' can only be called tradition!

'Gui Ling Gou' is well known for its various positive effects on good health. Provided when it's preparing with fresh ingredients. Hoi Tin Tong strongly believe in freshness, hence we own a certified organic farm to breed tortoise/turtle & a large cold room to maintain the freshness of 'Tu Fu Ling'.

This almond dessert is tastes really good, those pure almond version. Unlike other commercial almond dessert, it's hand grinding, thick, pure and it doesn't taste sweet.

If you don't feel like dine in , you may take away their Gui Ling Gou or other product as well. It is well packed with small spoon and 2 packet of sugar in it.
