Ya, you are right, this is commonly called as Mi Hun Kuai. This restaurant provide 4 types of noodle, you may choose either one but i only an remember two which is mu hun kuai and instant noodle.For the soup base, it is only a little bit miso taste, its soup doesn't like what we tried in Japanese restaurant(Miso Soup). It is only a bit miso taste but not many people will like its taste. So don't try it if u cant accept something different. For then noodle, it is just normal but it is really home

For then noodle, it is just normal but it is really homemade cause i feel it like what i made at home, it is exactly the same taste.
