What a awesome scallop that I have tried! With the tangy odor and beautiful decoration, the scallop is moist and tender. The chef chooses the truffle from Alba which is the best place can get black truffle in Italy. It's scrumptious, highly recommended!

Roasted "Hokkaido Bay" scallops with truffle dressing, parmigiano reggiano, mint roasted hazelnuts. What a awesome scallop that I have tried!
