Ploy has a quiet and high standard environment as mostly customers dressed up nicely there. The restaurant serves fusion food with a mix of Western, Chinese, Japanese, Thai etc.Surprise they even have sashimi here!Salmon Sashimi @ RM17.00The salmon sashimi is topped with chili flakes, sesame, small piece of mint at each piece of salmon and special sauce. Eating the salmon with the mint makes the combination awesome. Never tasted salmon so good before. Just hated the salmon sashimi is too thin. B
