I understand that rump meat is generally chewy and offers more resistance, and it is a very lean cut that is relatively inexpensive; but Las Vacas really ruins it.It is not my first time having rump, so I know what to expect. Las Vacas' steak is extremely tough and chewy. I never ask for steak well done, but this tasted well done. I should've returned it... but I didn't.That was my first steak there, and I've never eaten there since.
