The trend with steamboat now is the milky color pork bone broth. Definitely, this pork bone broth beats any traditional steamboat broth we have in Malaysia. And it has been my favorite choice of broth whenever I go eat steamboat. In Bone & Pot, don't expect the usual steamboat broth. They don't even have it, except maybe Tom Yum. Here, you get to choose a few varieties of broth i.e. the signature milky pork bone, pepper, tom yum and tomatoes. I had get the chance to try them all and surprisingl
In Bone & Pot, don't expect the usual steamboat broth. They don't even have it, except maybe Tom Yum. Here, you get to choose a few varieties of broth i.e. the signature milky pork bone, pepper, tom yum and tomatoes. I had get the chance to try them all and surprisingly, I love the tomatoes broth the most. I would suggest you guys to go with a mix of pork bone and tomatoes broth if you get the chance to dine here. The best of all, they don't even make you feel thirsty after the meal. That is just what I like for a decent steamboat.
There is nothing much to shout about on the usual frozen foods that always comes along with the 'head -per-count' package , but they are fresh. Yes, that is the utmost importance in steamboat - fresh, fresh and fresh, even if they are frozen. Failing to observe that, the business will fails. Bone & Pot will survive. If you want something different, do order the a la carte that are not in the package. They are good, and special - oh, that meatballs stuffed with cheese , that very unique homemade sotong mee, that cutie sea urchin ball and yet tasty.
