Pizza Hut came up with a new daily value meal which is really very affordable at 50% discount! Boyfie and I managed to try their meal on a Sunday where they have an option of Sausage with Cheesy Dip, Caeser Salad and Apple Crumble with a scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream. Since we were kinda hungry we ordered the Sausage and Caeser Salad.Service was quick and they served us the Caeser Salad promptly. The portion was quite large and they did not stinge on the portion even though it was 50% off. However,
Service was quick and they served us the Caeser Salad promptly. The portion was quite large and they did not stinge on the portion even though it was 50% off. However, I don't really like the "chicken" bits in the salad. They were so dry and slightly salty.
Then came the sausages. This dish was quite satisfying in terms of the size of the sausage. They were crisscross cut on the surface which give it a crisp texture on the surface.
The cheeesy dip that came with it however was disappointing. I don't know how can they call it a cheesy dip. It was watery and had a weird taste. I chose to eat my sausage with my salad instead of the cheese dip.
I would think that the meal was rather worth it for a simple meal if you are on a tight budget. I would recommend the Monday or Wednesday meal where pizza is on the menu for just RM5++
