I remember once upon a time, having really good fajitas at Chili's. Somewhere along the way from those many years ago to present day, something went wrong. First of all, the beef was tough and dry - like, completely unchewable. Chicken was unexciting, as could be expected of chicken in general. Shrimp was not fresh, it was the frozen type.The guacamole and condiments were decent, and thankfully the pita was soft and warm. Vegetables were nicely caramelized and soft, but the whole thing was overl
