Diversifying your portfolio reduces your risk, right? On paper, that's correct, but in the case of Neroteca's meat platter, it's just 3 times the disappointment.Beef and lamb were both tough and dry. I didn't appreciate the fact that the meat was both tough and fatty - it's usually one or the other, as trade-offs to each other. These were the worst of both worlds.Pork was bland, dry, and unexciting.The sauces were decent, but really this isn't a dish that's worth spending money or calories on.
