In contrast to the very ordinary Malaysian Rojak, I found myself liking Simple Life's fusion Almond Fruit Salad very much indeed. A heady mix of chopped-up green and red apples, mixed organic cabbage, and shredded papaya served up with lemon sesame dressing and mango mayonnaise and the most generous sprinklings of roasted almond flake toppings. Yummy!
