Wong Kok has pretty much the same food offered by Kim Gary. My dinner - Pineapple sauce crispy chicken with mixed vegetables and rice. When it was served to me I was shocked! "Why are the chickens soaked in a bowl of oil?!" Turned out that the "oil" was actually the pineapple sauce. Ah well I was expecting some thick and creamy sauce. As you can see, the bowl of rice itself was quite plain. The rice was fried with eggs beforehand but still wasn't fragrant enough. As you can see, the bowl of rice itself was quite plain. The rice was fried with eggs beforehand but still wasn't fragrant enough. I mixed a few spoonfuls of the pineapple sauce with the rice and it turned out to be fairly good but I didn't like the chicken to be soggy as a result of being soaked in the sauce. Sweet corn cream soup. Lots of carrot bits and plentiful of corns included. Yummy! Fried spaghetti with pork fillets in Hong Kong style. Smelled really good, but tasted like Hokkien mee at hawker stalls. Only a few pieces of chicken meat was included along with some green peas and carrot cubes. This dish should include more ingredients for its price. Potato wedges with tartar sauce. Fried perfectly and not too oily. Nice to be eaten with tartar sauce
Service was quite good, but I noticed the waiters gathered around at one corner almost all the time to chit-chat and sometimes missed the customers' requests.
