One of the Serai Restaurant branch is located at Lower Ground of Empire Shopping Gallery. Serai offers an excellent range of Malay, Thai, Western, Fusion and Desserts. It has simple decor, well-lit with clean lines accented with greenery and fresh flowers, makes for a pleasant and comfortable dining experience. I would highly recommend the Pavlova, the texture is so special, which it is hard to describe here. The price certainly is expensive, but I think is worth it.
