Later do we find out from the owner that it is actually a dish that combine their freshly inhouse made bean curd with assorted vegetables like sliced mushroom, sea asparagus, carrot, siu pak choy and some sprinkles of Shaoxing wine for some alluring aroma. Seriously, the toufu is really, really silky and velvety! Almost akin to the smooth surface of those egg tart’s filling which is very authentic and mouthwatering. Well recommended when you come over here to dine. Slurps!
