The Scallops were definitely sweet, fleshy and really good. Plus, in line with Tamarind Springs being a fine dining establishments, the sizes were a good size portion too. Not the teeny weeny scallops you would normally find in normal dining establishments. It was pan seared to perfection and topped with cream, chopped onions, garlic and some garnishing. Loved it!
