They put some spring onion on the udon ( a big fat white noodle that mainly for Japanese food) The dish have some seaweed, spring onion, meat, onion, vegetables and so on. The meat is really soft and smooth it really have the juice from the soup when you eat it. The soup taste is great. The aroma of the dish is good too. It is worth to have second time.Overall the taste is great!
