Fish Porridge 鱼片粥 was piping hot and served in a claypot with fresh ingredients. The ingredients mainly are slices of fish meat, grated ginger and white porridge sprinkled with spring onions.

The porridge taste good and aromatic by just adding a few drops of sesame oil.
The porridge was tasty and well-cooked with its smooth and thick texture. The slices of fish meat served was fresh and adequate. The porridge goes very well with salted egg, spice up with pepper powder and aromatic with few drops of sesame oil.
