Whenever I go to a restaurant for dim sum, I'll order the prawn roll for sure. The prawn roll here in Crystal Jade is so so only, as their rice roll is quick thick. The crab roe noodles is not bad, though lacking of some wow factors. The soup broth is too mild in taste I reckon. The dumpling is good though, the stuffing is very well-seasoned, dip in red chili oil sauce, this dish can spice up your appetite. My favourite dish of the meal is the salty egg yolk bun.
