Spare Ribs in Red Wine

This was spare ribs cooked with sour plum sauce which was really fragrant. The meat was tender and juicy especially when you bite into it. The red wine flavour was pretty strong and it definitely complimented the ribs very well. I think it would be great to have this with a bowl of steaming white rice!
