这道红烧排骨拉面的大汤(汤底)听说是熬了一整天的呢!!是用猪大骨还有鸡(如没记错)来熬的!味道感觉有一点点像是日本味噌汤。排骨方面真的软,夹起来就“骨肉分离”了.....面方面爽口弹牙,真的不错吃.....
