The Cajun Blacken Fish makes a satisfying meal in itself. The Cajun-style fish is served with spaghetti done al denté and a generous helping of lightly blanched zucchini, carrots and mushrooms. Each bite into the tender fish is a fusion of tastes. The taste of black pepper, herbs and mustard teases the taste buds, against the succulence of the charbroiled fish.
