Well sometimes looks can be quite deceiving in some instant as in this particular noodles dish. From the appearance, the serving of the minced pork were extremely generous & looks delightfully savoury. The noodles were just right to my liking as any hakka noodles should be. Light & springy cooked till ala dante just like the pasta does. But, I'm sorry to say that the chef might have gone overboard with the seasoning as it's quite salty. From the appearance, the serving of the minced pork were extremely generous & looks delightfully savoury. The noodles were just right to my liking as any hakka noodles should be. Light & springy cooked till ala dante just like the pasta does. But, I'm sorry to say that the chef might have gone overboard with the seasoning as it's quite salty. Apart from that, except for the extreme saltiness, I find the noodles quite palatable.
This was one of the dishes which I can finished due to too much soya or seasoning added ! Post
