Ingredient like the Special Wantan Noodles used in this dish is imported to preserve the authenticity of taste according to the owner, Mr. Weng Kham himself. I especially enjoy the wantan noodles that is springy, crunchy & extremely fine, very different from the usual local ones we used to eat at the shops. Because of this, it gets a thumbs up from me. Maybe the next time I come by this place, I'll not hesitate to order a 'ma-meen' or double servings of this awesome noodles again.
