Pandan Chicken

Pandan chicken was basically my staple food when I was growing up. Mum and dad likes to eat Thai food, but us kids, we were not yet attuned to the level of spiciness required, hence we only got to eat pandan chicken. The dish in Thai Nyonya was very nice. The chicken is well marinated before being wrapped in pandan leaves and cooked. Tender and juicy, the pandan chicken was definitely the highlight of my meal. Priced at RM12 for a small serving, it was definitely well worth the amount paid.
