Seriously, I had never tasted any nice vegetarian buffets in hotel. The curry powder smell was strong and taste just nice. However, it is a bit salty and since I like salty food, I love the curry. For me, in a curry, the most important thing is the thickness of curry, curry smell and saltiness.
Besides, the mushroom like abalone was good in texture, so chewy and QQ.
I just love everything there!
