We are also served with the Braised sea cucumber with “Ling Zhi” mushroom and Garden greens. The sea cucumber is well braised which gives a chewy taste of it and the dishes taste good too. It is served with the “Ling Zhi” mushrooms where the textures are alike abalone and broccoli together with it. It is indeed a great meal to served with it and having some greenies is good too.
