One of the most memorable flavours I ever tried at Cielo Dolci is the salted caramel sprinkled with fairy dust. According to the owner, this is one of the most in demand flavour and would usually be sold out every day. The ice-cream had a sweet and creamy texture and when the gelato melts in your mouth the fairy dust kicks in and adds a salty aftertaste which is quite pleasant.
