One of the newest ice-cream cafes to enter the market is this ice-cream maker. Instead of the conventional way of serving ice-cream, you can see the ice-cream being made on the spot with the use of liquid nitrogen to flash freeze the ingredients. I tried the strawberry cheesecake ice-cream with gelato as my base. The ice-cream was quite smooth and not too sweet but the strawberry jam was not mixed well as it was poured in after the ice-cream mix was done.
