This is Pasta Carbonara. Heard they have added some white wine. Really surprising that white wine can mix so well in this carbonara pasta. Firstly, you will shocked with the portion. Generous portion that can be shared with 2-3 persons. When you slowly slowly enjoy the pasta, you will only taste the white wine when it is no more heat. For my first bite, I don't really think it is nice. But when it starts to cold, I only attracted to it. It is less creamy than other carbonara pasta that I tried

For my first bite, I don't really think it is nice. But when it starts to cold, I only attracted to it. It is less creamy than other carbonara pasta that I tried elsewhere. Not very salty and they put generous portion of bacon in it. Oh ya, I dislike the mushroom. I think the pasta is perfect without this mushroom. Maybe next time if i want to order, i will request them not to put this mushroom.
