I was hoping for the sweet anchovies or the spinach salad which are my favourite korean side dishesBut the served bean sprouts and not the small onesThey used the big bean sprouts with large yellow headIt is more crunchy than the smaller normal bean sproutsI believe they prepare this the same way which is kimchi chilki pasteA dash of sesame oilA sprinkle of sesame seedsAnd to enhance to look of the dish Grated orange carrots are added
But the served bean sprouts and not the small ones

I believe they prepare this the same way which is kimchi chilki paste
A dash of sesame oil
A sprinkle of sesame seeds
And to enhance to look of the dish
