Over the weekend, a friend of mine kept on praising how the pork burger she had was amazing and will not stop until we drove over to the restaurant to try it out with her. The pork bacon burger was shared between the two of us even though she insisted on having the whole burger to herself. The patty was huge and looks juicy even from the photos and I had a hard time trying to cut the burger into two. To my surprise, the insides of the burger is hollowed out to contain cheese which leaked out like lava. The burger was juicy though it was a little scalding even after letting it cool off a bit. I loved the bacon strips as it was a little crisp on the edges which gives it a slight hint of smoky flavors.Post
