It wasn't easy for me to locate the outlet itself since I had no idea where it was in the first place. Ah yes, the floor directory did help me out. FYI, you can see Gong Cha if you're coming up from the escalator from first floor. My friend and I took a different route and we arrived from the opposite direction; I spotted the seating area for Gong Cha first in front of Ying Ker Lou restaurant and I thought it was slightly confusing because one can only see the outlet itself if they walked further away heading towards the escalators. As mentioned earlier on, the seating area is located away from the store itself. There're only about 4/5 tables available.

I initially wanted to order the winter melon milk tea with white pearls but unfortunately they ran out of white pearls at that time so I opted for the Gong Cha signature milk winter melon tea. I really wanted to try the white pearls though
As the name implies, white pearls are white in colour (more like transparent maybe). From what I've read online, these white pearls are low in calories/carbs (perfect for health freaks) and are slightly harder to be chewed on.

At Gong Cha, you can ask for your drinks to be prepared according to you preferred sugar/ice level with no extra charge.

To drink Gong Cha, here are the three different ways to enjoy your drinks!

#1 Milk moustache - without stirring, sip the tea from top layer of milk foam followed by the more complex flavours of the tea.
#2 Tea off - without stirring, sip the tea from the bottom with a straw to savour the freshness and complexity of the tea.
#3 All in one - Stir both layers together and drink up!
