I think it may be because we didn't have it right out of the fridge - it would probably firm up to perfection if left to cool in a fridge.The chocolate durian cake is a divine union of two of the most intensely loved flavours in Malaysia. The durian is fresh (tastes like D24), creamy and thick; I don't think it was mixed with anything, and should be pure durian paste. The chocolate is deep and rich, yet still quite sweet. The cake is so rich, half is usually more than enough for me.
