Fried Lala Mee Hoon is also one of their signature dish which is being stir fried using fresh mini lala and prawns. The noodles is simply tasty and the taste is good as well where the taste and the sweetness of the lala absorb well into the meehoon.

A good Fried yin yong must have a very nice wok hei . If the Yin Yong don't have the wok hei in it, regardless how many nice ingredients you put in to fry also pointless. This Yin Yong has a very strong wok hei and thick egg gravy. The fried meehoon won't get too soft after soaked in the sauce. It still remain the crunchiness. Then there are lots of prawns ,and chicken pieces in it.

Hokkien Mee is one of dad favourite dishes..We are decided to dapao the hokkien mee for supper
...Although the hokkien mee does not look appealing but the taste is quite promising~Its have strong wok hei in it and~it cooked with the prefect wetness, it is very fragrant with the pork lard. Love the flavour with fresh prawns n pork lard ..
