I came to this restaurant as it was recommended by a friend of mine. A must try dishes is of course their fish head noodle. The broth was made of anchovies, fish bones and turnip and simmered up to 8 hours and then cooked with tomatoes, salted vege, ginger, Shao Xing wine and served with chunky fish head and rice noodle. The rice noodle absorbs the broth really well and the fried fish is really soft insides and crunchy outside!
Will definitely comes more frequent to this restaurant to satisfy my fish head noodle craving next time!
