The Gardens if you don't know already is an extension to the old Midvalley specialising in higher end retail outlets.Fong Lye serves mainly Taiwanese food, focusing on rice, noodle and the popular Taiwanese snow desserts.‘Fried Rice with Rice Wine’ is served with a big portion. It looks simply plain but it has the ‘wok hei’ in the rice and was fried to perfection with the fragrance of rice wine detected.
