Shabu shabu is about personal taste pot. You can have your own personal shabu shabu then you can put it whatever you want into your pot to make your own personal soup. The soup can be very spicy or oily or sweet, depends on what you put in your own pot. It is very convenient because you don't need to walk here and there to grab the ingredients. Everything is on the conveyor belt and keep rotate in front of you.
